At Afya Njema Fitness, we’ve crafted a unique training philosophy centered on five key core values: intensity, integrity, commitment, personalization, and support. 01. PERSONAL TRAINING.
Options include per session, monthly programs, and online training. Each plan is tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and needs.
02. SMALL GROUP TRAINING.
- Relentless Feet: A free walk/run group exploring parks, trails, and city roads while building community and burning calories.
- Saturday HIIT: 60-minute Small Group High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Group Size: 4-8 participants (all fitness levels with scalable exercises)
03. NUTRITION COACHING.
Guidance on what, how much, and when to eat to support your fitness goals or maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer convenient and sustainable solutions to remove the stress and uncertainty of proper nutrition.
04. RECOVER & RESTORE.
Recharge and rejuvenate with our 30-minute recovery session designed to enhance muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and improve flexibility. This session combines targeted stretching techniques with the powerful benefits of Theragun massage therapy for a comprehensive approach to recovery

Beyond personal training, Will is the founder of P.H.I.T. (Professionalism, Health & Integrity Training), a mentoring program leveraging fitness principles to inspire high school students towards health, confidence, and future readiness. The ultimate goal is to enhance the well-being, prosperity, and health of often-neglected communities.

CFT – Strength and Conditioning Coach – Nutritionist – Tactical Athlete
Meet Will Ruffin, a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) with nearly of decade of experience. Driven by a deep passion for wellness, Will founded Afya Njema Fitness LLC with a mission to make a healthy lifestyle enjoyable, attainable, and sustainable for everyone. His fitness journey began as a first responder, where he quickly recognized the critical importance of physical well-being in such a demanding career. This experience inspired him to pursue certification as a fitness trainer, allowing him to integrate nutrition, training, and mental wellness into a holistic approach.
Affectionately known as “Coach Will,” he specializes in strength and conditioning, cardio, HIIT, and more. Will works collaboratively with his clients, not just as an instructor but as a mentor and motivator, empowering them to transform from novices into partners on their fitness journey.
